Step-by-Step: Issuing Credentials from Google Forms
Step 1: Download the List of Participants from Google Sheets
Go to Responses → Google Sheets, then download the data as a CSV file. Ensure it includes Name, Email, and any extra fields you want on the certificate (such as course name or completion date). Delete any other column information you don't need in the credential.
Sign in to your Wauld dashboard with your account credentials.

Step 2: Create a New Engagement in Wauld
